Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agos Scores platform ("Platform"), operated by Daloy Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Agos Scores, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Event Tickets & Payments

Access to event management features requires the purchase of event tickets. Each ticket grants access to one full event with all features included. Event tickets are non-refundable once an event has begun scoring. Unused tickets do not expire and may be applied to future events.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or services
  • Upload malicious content, spam, or infringing material
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any organization
5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Daloy Tech Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., event names, banners, athlete data). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and process that content as needed to provide the Platform's services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daloy Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
