These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agos Scores platform ("Platform"), operated by Daloy Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Agos Scores, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Event Tickets & Payments
Access to event management features requires the purchase of event tickets. Each ticket grants access to one full event with all features included. Event tickets are non-refundable once an event has begun scoring. Unused tickets do not expire and may be applied to future events.
The livestream is an optional add-on: a livestream pass covers one event for as long as it runs, and is non-refundable once that event has gone live.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or services
- Upload malicious content, spam, or infringing material
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any organization
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Daloy Tech Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., event names, banners, athlete data). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and process that content as needed to provide the Platform's services.
7. Athlete Pages
- Each surfer scored on Agos Scores has a public athlete page, built from event results
- Only the surfer, or a parent or guardian for a surfer under 18, may claim a page. False claims, or claims made to impersonate someone, are not allowed and may be reversed
- Organizers who add an athlete's details or photo must have the right to do so, including a parent or guardian's consent for minors
- Coach notes and private stats are only for the people who manage the page
- We may hide, correct or remove a page or photo that breaks these Terms, or on a valid request. Results stay part of the events' records
8. Livestreaming
When you stream an event live from Agos Scores, you are responsible for:
- Telling the athletes, judges and spectators that the event is filmed and streamed, and having the right to show them, including a parent or guardian's consent for minors
- The music and anything else heard or seen in your stream: stream only what you have the right to stream
- The rules of YouTube, Facebook or any other platform you send your stream to
We may stop a stream that breaks these Terms or the law. Live video is recorded on our video server for up to 3 hours, for replays during the event, and is then deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daloy Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its users.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
